Great Day For Grangemouth Guys

This fantastic double limit bag of brown trout was taken by Grangemouth anglers Colin Anderson and Nicholas Robb.Out in a Drummond Estate boat on the 9th May 2009 in unseasonable conditions with very strong winds and torrential showers the pair hit a purple patch near Findoglen.Fishing intermediate lines with Clan Chief, Peter Ross, Silver Invicta, Viva and Alexandra Colin bagged six for 9lbs 4ozs and Nicholas six for 10lbs 12ozs giving an average weight at just under 1¾lbs.Heaviest trout was 2lbs 10ozs.
